Started Week 1 but alternated with Rico Dowdle early in Week 2. After Dowdle injured his toe, Warren took 80% of snaps in the second quarter, then played 100% of snaps in the fourth quarter. The state of Pittsburgh's offense and blocking doesn't offer much hope for either Dowdle or Warren to be a decent fantasy starter if they continue in a 50/50 split.
