Boston's two touchdown receptions this season appear to be aberrations: the Week 1 score came in garbage time of a Jaguars blowout, and the Week 2 touchdown resulted from atrocious Buccaneers tackling. Despite seven targets in Week 2, being tied to one of the worst passing offenses in the NFL is unattractive even for a second-round rookie benefiting from volume. FAAB: 3 percent of budget.
