Tucker is rostered in only 24.5 percent of ESPN leagues and looks the part of a No. 1 target; he increased targets from four in Week 1 to seven in Week 2. His role as a field stretcher is valuable given the lack of other deep-threat options on the Raiders roster. Brock Bowers' eventual return from knee injury will shave into target workload somewhat, but if Kirk Cousins throws it deep, Tucker is capable of producing valuable flex-worthy PPR points. FAAB: 3 percent of budget.
