Kirk held out this week; targeting Week 4 practice for Week 5 debut.

Wide receiver Christian Kirk is not yet ready to practice and will be held out this upcoming week. Shanahan specifically said Kirk is not there yet and they will need to wait at least another week. That would give Kirk a week of practice under his belt for a potential Week 5 debut against the Seattle Seahawks.
