I am moving Emmett Johnson into Tier 1 because he is the only other Kansas City running back with a touch aside from Kenneth Walker III. I don't know if Walker can sustain his touch pace, and Johnson would be a sure bet to take on a massive workload if he can't. Johnson should be rostered everywhere.
