Seahawks held tryout for WR Pancol; 60 catches, 798 yards in final Duke season.

The source reports the Seahawks held a tryout for wide receiver Eli Pancol ahead of Week 3 against Washington. Pancol was a six-season Duke player and former teammate of Jake Bobo; in his final season he caught 60 passes for 798 yards and 9 touchdowns. He had brief stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts last season. The source notes it is hard to imagine any of these tryout players going directly to the active roster, suggesting Pancol is being evaluated for potential practice squad consideration.
