Wicks validating WR2 role with 7 catches, 147 yards, all TDs/first downs in two games.

Wicks is validating summer optimism as the Eagles' under-the-radar steal at WR2. Through two games, he has caught 7 of 10 targets for 147 yards with all seven receptions resulting in first downs or touchdowns; average depth of target is 15.7 yards with three receptions traveling over 20 yards in the air. Four of his five receptions in Week 2 came on third down, including two third-and-12 conversions. Hurts trusts him, he runs precise routes, and makes difficult catches. Wicks and Smith have combined for 20 catches for 317 yards through two games—more yards than Brown and Smith had in any of their first two games together.
