Mayer presents matchup challenge against Saints' weak tight end coverage.

Raiders tight end is a key matchup concern for Saints defense. Source states 'if Brock Bowers is able to return, I'll be watching closely to see how New Orleans handles both him and Michael Mayer.' Saints have had trouble defending pass-catching tight ends in the past. Kirk Cousins has always been comfortable using tight ends as safety valves, making this a critical matchup for New Orleans' secondary and linebacker coverage.
