Terrance Ferguson, currently TE18 on the dynasty chart, is the most interesting name in the deeper tight end pool. His appeal starts with how the Rams organization talks about him and a rookie season that included a genuinely eye-opening per-catch average of roughly 21 yards per reception despite limited target and catch totals. There's real belief he could take a significant second-year leap and emerge as the third-most valuable pass catcher in that offense behind the team's top two receivers, particularly given how thin the proven depth is behind them. Ferguson has also come up as essentially a free target in redraft leagues, going in the range of TE30 despite real upside. Rams tight ends combined for over 100 catches and 17 touchdowns last season, production expected to consolidate into fewer hands rather than being split across four or five players. Ferguson offers the best combination of affordability in trades or startup drafts and realistic target-share ceiling of any tight end in this range, playing in an offense whose coach is known for using tight ends heavily.
