Harvey's fantasy value is heavily dependent on J.K. Dobbins' health status, making him unreliable. While Harvey finished as RB20 last season averaging 12.2 PPR fantasy points per game, he averaged only five rushing attempts, 7.5 total touches and 10 fantasy points per game with Dobbins healthy. By comparison, Harvey averaged 13.7 rushing attempts, 16.9 total touches and 15.2 PPR fantasy points per game without the veteran. The Broncos re-signed Dobbins and drafted Jonah Coleman, further limiting Harvey's role. At ADP 64.24 (RB27), Harvey might be the best option in Denver's backfield, but he's not worth a top-75 pick.
