I am definitely buying any of Colston Loveland, Rome Odunze, and especially Luther Burden if fantasy/dynasty managers are panicking about their usage thus far.

Buy low on Burden; Wallace especially favors him among panicked Bears receivers.

Sam Wallace especially recommends buying low on Luther Burden in dynasty leagues despite limited early-season usage. Wallace cites Ben Johnson's questionable utilization of offensive playmakers through Week 2, noting that Round 1 and Round 2 NFL draft picks are ceding playing time and schemed targets to budget-bin free agents. Wallace views current panic as a strong buying opportunity for Burden.
