Harrison has been arguably the worst receiver in football through two weeks. Among 59 receivers with at least 50 routes run, his 6.2 percent target-per-route-run rate and four targets rank dead last. He has one catch for 33 scoreless yards on the season. On his own team, his four targets tie with running back Tyler Allgeier for the fifth-most. While it's theoretically impossible for things to get worse and he should eventually see more targets, fantasy managers cannot afford to keep starting him while hoping the next game will be the one where he looks like a first-round NFL draft pick.
