I want to be bullish on the guy seeing 34 percent of his team's air yards and 27 percent of the team's targets, but against a KC defense that has shut down opposing boundary wideouts, I don't know if I can get fully behind Washington as a must-start 12-team option.

Washington is seeing 34 percent of Miami's air yards and 27 percent of the team's targets, but faces a tough Week 3 matchup against Kansas City's elite boundary coverage. The Chiefs' defensive backs have been superb on boundary targets through two games. Additionally, Malik Willis is among the NFL's most inaccurate passers so far this season, which limits Washington's upside. However, injuries to Miami pass catchers could force Willis to throw frequently to Washington. Jaylin Noel cannot get fully behind Washington as a must-start 12-team option despite his target share.
