Franklin (4th round) is of little regard and unlikely to last in Payton's Broncos offense.

The Broncos used a 4th round pick on Franklin as part of Payton's offensive investment, but Franklin is of little regard and probably won't last long, representing a failed draft capital allocation in an offense that has struggled to develop receivers.
