From the video

I treated him as a high-end RB3 last week. I'm doing that again this week. I do think this is going to become his backfield

Allen is a high-end RB3 expected to eventually lead the backfield.

Braelon Allen is a high-end RB3 who has been highly efficient, ranking RB4 in elusive rating with strong tackle-breaking ability. While he currently faces a tough schedule of run defenses, the source expects him to eventually take over the backfield, though he is currently a touchdown-dependent play.
