Corum's 15 yards on 6 carries failed to provide needed energy; Williams secured role.

Corum failed to provide the energy injection the Rams desperately needed in the second half, finishing with just 15 yards on 6 carries (2.5 average) and zero yards on 2 catches. Despite talks of Corum possibly passing Kyren Williams on the depth chart last week, Williams made his understudy obsolete on Sunday night. The source notes that while the running game works best when both Williams and Corum are contributing consistently, Corum did not deliver in this game.
