Positive signalRole

Vaki's expanded role and pass protection prowess signal he's more than a situational back.

Vaki increased his snap share to 20 snaps (31%) in Week 3, with 15 special teams snaps (65%), proving he's not a one-trick player by contributing in both run and pass game; he was particularly effective in pass protection against the Jets' blitzes and discussed his conscious approach to blocking: 'It's definitely a conscious choice...I just knew I had to respond by stuffing my face in there.'
