From the article

After a shaky performance in Week 1, Cousins has silenced the doubters over the last two games. He tossed three more touchdowns and was two yards shy of having back-to-back 250-yard performances. Also, it was clear that having a reliable intermediate target in Bowers helped the quarterback have a more efficient outing and gave him a safety valve.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalProjection

Cousins' 3 TDs and near-250 yards with Bowers available silence doubters.

Rebound trajectory: 3 TDs in Week 3 after shaky Week 1; nearly 250 yards (2 yards shy of back-to-back 250-yard games). Bowers' availability as reliable intermediate target and safety valve improved efficiency. Silenced doubters over last two games; Fernando Mendoza benching speculation unlikely if Cousins maintains this level.
