Allgeier retains passing-down and goal-line work but loses feature-back role to Love.

Allgeier ceded feature-back duties to Love in Week 3 but retained involvement on passing downs with a route share close to Love's. The team used Allgeier in the two-minute offense, a role for which Love is better suited as a check-down option. Allgeier is expected to retain some long-down-distance snaps for blitz pickup, though these are low-leverage snaps that rarely result in targets. Allgeier played 3 of 5 snaps inside the five-yard line, suggesting he may retain goal-line work.
