The Falcons love Hooper's well-rounded game—familiar to Stefanski from their shared time in Cleveland—and Muse has simply played himself into a real role as a blocking specialist. Because this team loves to run the ball, I don't expect to see sharp declines in 13 personnel the rest of the way.

Hooper on field for ~30% of snaps; valued for well-rounded game.

Hooper has been on the field for nearly 30% of offensive snaps in the Falcons' three-tight-end system and is a key part of the scheme; the coaching staff values his well-rounded game from his shared time with Stefanski in Cleveland, and the team is not expecting sharp declines in 13 personnel usage going forward.
