Flournoy's 2-of-8 targets underperformance wasted volume in Ravens loss.

Flournoy had eight total targets in the Ravens game but only two receptions. Despite being regarded as one of the better WR3s in the NFL and being paid accordingly by the Cowboys, he failed to do more with that volume of targets in a game the team lost by three points.
