Willis is starting to remind observers of Anthony Richardson—great athleticism and arm, but mechanics fall apart leading to inaccuracy; this is something that can be worked on, but hard to break bad habits when you're used to letting your arm make up for issues. Despite the O-line giving him time this week, he was slow to process, made occasional poor decisions, and made inaccurate throws downfield; he's obviously not the solution.
