Ryan Flournoy had eight total targets in this game. He had two receptions. The Cowboys paid Flournoy, not CeeDee Lamb or George Pickens money to be sure, but still. We have all raved about him as one of the better WR3s in the NFL. He has to do more with that many targets.

WR3 caught just 2 of 8 targets; must improve production on high volume.

Despite being paid as a quality WR3, Flournoy had eight total targets but only two receptions against Baltimore. The source notes the Cowboys have praised him as one of the better WR3s in the NFL, but he must do more with that volume. The implication is that his target share does not translate to production, raising concerns about his fantasy value despite the offensive opportunity.
