I have already seen screenshots of Dontayvion Wicks standing open on the right side, followed by criticism of Hurts for not throwing him the football. Ignore those screenshots; they aren't worth engaging with. Hurts is reading the left side.

Wicks' apparent open route was part of Hurts' secondary progression, not a miss.

Screenshots circulating online show Wicks standing open on the right side, with criticism directed at Hurts for not throwing him the football. However, the source clarifies that Hurts was reading the left side in a Mesh Rail concept; Wicks was not part of Hurts' initial progression and had no reason to be expected uncovered before entering the quarterback's line of vision from the opposite side. This is not a miss by Hurts.
