Positive signalRole

Douglas's imprecise routes and timing issues prevent him from becoming a volume target.

DeMario Douglas had a 38-yard pickup in the second quarter but has not developed into the volume target the Patriots need. His timing with Drake Maye is off at times, and his routes appear imprecise for a steady down-to-down role, limiting his effectiveness as a consistent receiving option.
