Goff is one of four QBs with at least 16 fantasy points in each of the season's first three weeks and the only one without an interception. He faces the Panthers defense in Week 4, which has been beaten up by the position aside from a 24-point Week 2 against Atlanta's third- and fourth-string QBs. Caleb Williams (Week 1) and Deshaun Watson (Week 3) combined averaged 0.59 fantasy points per passing attempt against Carolina, well above the league average of 0.45.
