Dart retains starting role; Harbaugh made him key selling point for job.

Jaxson Dart remains the Giants' franchise quarterback despite the McCarthy acquisition. The Giants love Dart and his potential, and even head coach John Harbaugh, who was not present when the Giants traded back into the first round to select Dart in 2025, fell in love with him quickly. Harbaugh made it clear that Dart was a big selling point when he took the Giants job, and there are almost no scenarios where he doesn't enter camp with his starting job intact.
