Negative signalRole

Willis' play style (more runs, fewer progressions, fewer checkdowns) will reduce Achane's receiving role.

Malik Willis' arrival as Miami's quarterback is expected to fundamentally alter the offensive structure in ways that harm Achane's fantasy value. Willis will run more, read fewer progressions per play, and check down less than previous Dolphins quarterbacks, reducing Achane's receiving opportunities. Willis is characterized as 'not an efficient field general,' which will contribute to more three-and-outs and fewer red-zone opportunities.
