Blogging The Boys on Javonte Williams

Williams' best rushing game of season marred by critical fourth-down fumble.

Had his best outing of the season on the ground thanks to the Cowboys offensive line getting a ton of push in the run game. Starting with the opening drive, Williams looked unstoppable and like his old self. However, on a fourth-down run call at midfield in the second quarter, Williams had the chance to bounce the ball to the outside for a first down and a big gain, but instead fumbled the ball and fell short of the line to gain. That fumble would have given Dallas' offense the momentum needed to score points after Baltimore had scored 14 unanswered.
