Montgomery's efficiency collapsed; fringe RB2 with backfield split concerns.

Montgomery has struggled badly since Week 1: after producing 79 yards and three touchdowns on 23 touches in Week 1, he's totaled only 70 yards and zero TDs on 21 touches in Houston's last two games. He's averaging 2.8 YPC (37 carries and seven targets on 111 snaps), plays a limited role as a receiver (seven targets), and continues to split the Houston backfield with Woody Marks (22 carries and eight targets on 90 snaps). Though he hit a season-high 65% snap share in Week 3, Marks remained plenty involved and handled the team's lone goal line carry. Montgomery is, at best, a fringe RB2 against Dallas.
