Allen's eight-year arc vs. Patriots: 0-3 to dominant division rival.

Allen arrived in Buffalo in 2018 and has become the centerpiece of the Bills' transformation from AFC East doormat to division leader. His first three games against the Patriots (2018-19) were losses, but since 2020 he has led Buffalo to dominance in the rivalry, including a 47-17 playoff win (the Perfect Game) where he threw five touchdowns without a turnover, and a 35-31 comeback win in December 2024 where he threw three touchdown passes after Buffalo trailed 21-0.
