Turner re-signed to practice squad; elevation possible amid WR injuries.

Brought back to 49ers practice squad after being released earlier. Has been a mainstay with the 49ers in offseason for several years—was in training camp in 2024, played on practice squad that season, and was on practice squad all of last season before being released and brought back to camp this offseason. Could see elevation soon given WR depth crisis.
