Diggs holding WR16 role with strong tape and new OC David Blough supporting involvement.

Diggs is holding the line as a fantasy starter, ranking WR16 on WR24 usage through three weeks. Despite not receiving easy first-read targets last week, he stayed involved as an underneath outlet, looked quick on a crosser and yards-after-catch opportunity, and drew a DPI on a comeback route. He's passing the eye test with flying colors, and new OC David Blough has done a great job sliding him across the formation. Marcus Mariota, the best backup in the NFL, can be trusted in easier matchups.
