From the article

running back Zach Charbonnet has officially returned to practice on a limited basis. Since Charbonnet is on the PUP list, he has to sit out four total games, meaning he will not be able to play Sunday against the Chargers. However, Charbonnet returning also means that he has to be activated off of the PUP list within 21 days, or his season is over. That timeline shows that Charbonnet could be back as early as Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers, while the latest he could return is ahead of the Week 7 matchup against Kenneth Walker III and the Kansas City Chiefs.
