Harris' downhill power wasted on lateral red zone designs against Titans.

Najee Harris is a downhill runner with a powerful lower body but lacks the quickness and speed to outflank many defenders. Against the Titans, he was asked to run laterally in the red zone rather than attack vertically, which works against his strengths. Of seven red zone running plays, only one (a toss to Harris from the 16 yard line) got more than 10 yards. Against the Rams, Harris had an off-tackle run with a downhill component, but the Giants' red zone play design has not favored his skill set.
