From the article

Noel earned 5 targets against the Bengals but caught only 1 for 31 yards. As productive as C.J. Stroud was, he could not hit Noel with accurate throws. Noel and Boutte are on even ground with targets after I had Noel as an Add Now and Boutte as a Monitor. Both are viable considerations in future weeks, especially if the Texans have additional trouble executing on the ground.

STACKED’s take

NeutralUsage

Noel's 5-target volume should persist despite Week 2 accuracy issues from Stroud.

Noel earned 5 targets against the Bengals but caught only 1 for 31 yards; C.J. Stroud struggled to hit him with accurate throws. Despite the Week 2 miss, Noel earned more targets than Kayshon Boutte and should see that volume remain in place, with potential to click in future weeks if the Texans have additional trouble executing on the ground.
