Coker's quad injury status uncertain; Panthers could rest him before bye week.

Coker leads the Panthers in catches (18), receiving yards (222), and receiving touchdowns (2) but is dealing with a quad injury heading into Week 4. He sounded optimistic about his chances to play, but the Panthers have a Week 5 bye, creating the possibility they could play it safe with their top receiver and hold him out.
