Diggs' three TDs face elite corners but weak Colts pass defense creates opportunity.

Stefon Diggs already has three touchdowns through three games and will face Indianapolis' top corners Sauce Gardner and Charvarius Ward. However, the Colts' pass defense ranks 30th in the NFL (276 yards allowed per game), and the Commanders are averaging 182 passing yards per game against three top-10 passing defenses. Establishing the run game early will force Indianapolis to commit extra defenders to the box and create opportunities for Diggs. If Indianapolis focuses too heavily on McLaurin, Diggs has favorable matchup conditions.
