FantasyPros Articles on Ollie Gordon

Gordon's Vikings matchup and potential backfield split limit him despite Achane injury.

Appears to be next man up for Dolphins with De'Von Achane out for year (torn ACL); 6-2, 225-pound bruiser from Oklahoma State (1,732 rushing yards, 21 TDs as sophomore, Doak Walker Award winner). However, has brutal Vikings matchup in Minnesota: Vikings have allowed sixth-fewest rushing yards to RBs and haven't given up TD to RB in first three games. Revenge factor for Vikings DC Brian Flores (fired as Dolphins HC). Might have fringe flex-worthiness if Jaylen Wright remains out, but if Wright plays, could be split backfield in bad offensive environment and both backs should be avoided.
