Downs among few Colts offensive weapons but limited by weak overall offense.

Downs is one of only three Colts players the source identifies as worth circling on the roster (alongside Jonathan Taylor and Tyler Warren). However, the source notes the Colts' offense is bad overall, ranking 25th in pass yards per game and only 15th in rush yards per game with a -1.7 turnover margin.
