Positive signalRole

Willis' rushing ability could force Vikings to play conservatively.

Willis offers a rushing threat dimension that could help the Dolphins offense against Minnesota's elite pass rush. The Vikings have faced only one QB this season with true rushing prowess—Caleb Williams, who went 5 for 42 in that game. If offensive coordinator Slowik uses Willis strategically in the run game to force the Vikings to play more conservatively, the Dolphins will have a chance to move the ball.
