The Washington Commanders have officially ruled out injured quarterback Jayden Daniels for Week 4's international game against the Indianapolis Colts, head coach Dan Quinn confirmed to reporters Friday. Daniels traveled with the team to London and practiced in a limited fashion this week after suffering a dislocated elbow in his non-throwing arm in Week 2. The injury is to the same elbow that Daniels dislocated and reinjured just last season. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Sunday that consultations with medical specialists concluded that Daniels is 'expected back at three weeks or sooner.'
