Niners Nation on Christian McCaffrey

McCaffrey's 15-carry workload and passing game role position him as a dual-threat weapon.

Christian McCaffrey saw a healthy workload against Arizona, taking 15 carries for 75 yards and a touchdown. The 49ers ran for 140 yards total while averaging over six yards per carry, establishing the run game effectively. McCaffrey is also expected to see significant passing game opportunity against Denver, as the source identifies him as a key target in the 49ers' plan to attack Denver's weak linebackers in the middle of the field.
