Positive signalRole

Presley is outstanding open-field runner with productive college return record despite modest speed.

Age 24, 5'8", 175 lb; UDFA signed by Rams in 2025. Speed profile: 4.53 forty, 1.64 10-yard split (not super fast). However, described as outstanding open-field runner and highly productive returner in college with stash of receiving/return records at Oklahoma State. On offense shows excellent hands and is disciplined route runner. Fits Rams mold of over-achievers that win with effort, toughness, and football IQ.
