Turf Show Times on Matthew Stafford

Stafford rebounds from poor start to lead Rams comeback win despite interception streak.

Matthew Stafford rebounded from a poor game to get the Rams in position to score the go-ahead touchdown in Week 4 against Philadelphia. Despite throwing two interceptions in the first half (extending a streak of throwing an interception in every game this year), Stafford showed resilience in the second half as the Rams put up 16 unanswered points to win 24-20. The source notes Stafford missed some throws and his players failed to haul in some of his stronger passes, indicating execution issues beyond his control, but his ability to rebound and lead a comeback from a 10-point deficit demonstrates clutch performance.
