Daniels' first start showed flashes but ended in 0-4 loss with 2 INTs, 1 TD.

In his first career start, Daniels threw 2 interceptions and 1 touchdown (to Kenny Gainwell); he completed passes to Chris Godwin (3 catches), Emeka Egbuka, and Kenny Gainwell, and led what the source describes as 'one of their best drives of the season' in the fourth quarter before ultimately failing on a fourth-and-long conversion attempt in the final moments with an unblocked blitzer reaching him.
