Higgins 2 of 2 targets with TD catch; underutilized in red zone.

Higgins had just two targets and two receptions despite having a 35-inch vertical jump and making a sensational catch-and-run in the fourth quarter and a touchdown catch in the third quarter; the source criticizes the offense for forgetting about him after the first half, noting he was not targeted in the red zone despite his jumping ability.
