Brissett struggled against aggressive blitzing; 5-of-17 for 43 yards when pressured.

Brissett was slicing and dicing the Giants' defense early, leading to a 14-3 Cardinals lead before the first quarter ended. However, once Dennard Wilson became aggressive with blitzing on 20 of 39 dropbacks, Brissett's efficiency collapsed: he was only 5 of 17 for 43 yards when blitzed, compared to 16 of 18 for 123 yards when not blitzed. After the first quarter, the Cardinals scored only 10 points the rest of the game.
