Cooper's 7 targets and 2 TDs show Hurts' trust; needs consistent volume.

Cooper finished with a team-high seven targets and two touchdown receptions, demonstrating Hurts' trust in him as a pass-catcher. Three of his five receptions this season have resulted in touchdowns. Cooper is the Eagles' best blocking receiver and among NFL leaders in special teams tackles, yet saw zero targets in Week 1 and zero targets in Week 3 despite playing the fifth-most snaps of any Eagles receiver. The source argues the Eagles need to stop messing around and get him more regularly involved.
