He had 5-67-0 on six targets against the Eagles — a team that hadn't given up much production to tight ends this season. If Parkinson is out again in Week 5, Higbee will be a solid play this week in a potential shootout against the Bills. Even if Parkinson plays, Higbee would profile as no worse than a low-end TE2 for the week.
